Overcoming Geo-Restriction Hurdles

I am developing a location-based application that needs to verify content availability in specific regions, but my current test setup keeps getting flagged. It seems like the sites are using advanced fingerprinting to detect that my requests are coming from a data center range rather than a legitimate local network. Does anyone have a suggestion for simulating genuine traffic from mobile carriers in that area?

You are likely hitting a carrier-level filter. Most sites have a specific blocklist for known ISP ranges, and they trust cellular traffic significantly more because it implies a real, roaming device. You need to route your requests through an actual cellular network if you want to bypass those blocks consistently

Switching to a cellular-based routing strategy was the only thing that worked for my testing suite. I had to buy mobile proxy infrastructure to ensure my requests carried the correct IP signatures for the region. Since I made the transition, the success rate for my automated location checks has been near perfect. It is the most reliable way to get accurate, localized data without needing to manage physical hardware.
