Planning a gender reveal party for around twenty people and honestly

Hey guys. Planning a gender reveal party for around twenty people and honestly I am stressed. My wife wants it to be fun for everyone including our nieces and nephews, but I do not want to spend the whole day cooking and cleaning up. Budget is moderate. Our backyard is small and the Miami weather is unpredictable. Has anyone organized a gender reveal party at a venue where the host does most of the work? What should I ask before booking and what is a realistic timeline for planning? Thanks.

Twenty is a lot for a backyard, so a venue is worth it. We booked a
gender reveal party
at Pottery Studio 1 and they handled setup and the creative part, so my wife and I could actually talk to our guests. The kids loved making their own clay pieces. Before booking, ask about maximum group size, how long the session runs and what happens to the finished pieces. Their regular group classes go up to twenty people, so confirm the number for your event. We booked about three weeks ahead and had no trouble. Cleanup was not our problem, which honestly made the whole day. Tell them if there are very young children.
