Activation don't work

bonjour Jerome, mon activation ne marche pas, j'ai generé le serial mais je reste bloqué en version LITE

I cannot activate my license either.

When I enter the serial and press Activate, the activation window closes, the SolidRocks interface flashes a few small windows, then it stabilizes. But when I drag the Size slider to the right, I get the LITE version warning.

Windows 8.1, 3ds Max 2016, SolidRocks 1.9.5

My user has full administrator rights. I have set User Account Control to the lowest value (Never Notify). For the Max shortcut I have activated Run As Administrator. In the Properties for 3dsmax.exe I have enabled Full Control permissions for All Application Packages, System, Administrators, and Users. I have tried both using the Max shortcut and running the exe directly.

We have upgraded and requested a code and will advise if it works
