hmm hard scene here !! dark room with few light entering.

is there a plane light bahind the window ? if yes you can try to uncheck the "planes only" button (interpolate Vraylights in irradiance map option) to force vray to make a full sampling of this light. it can help.

you can also try the preset named "0.52 like" (you can find it in this forum, section "share preset zone")
