ok the problem comes from the option "planes only" wich is on
Turn it to off and all will be far better !
have you tried the preset "0.52_like" ?
i'll force this option (planes only) to off by default on next Sr builds
i'm preparing some renders to show you the result.

ok here is the main tip :
turn ON all your vraylights in skylight portal mode to help Vray guiding the skylight entering in the house.
edit the interior preset (or make a new one), and replace the 80 prod hsph value by 120.
2 methods : with and without interpolated vray plane lights.("planes only" option in Sr parameters)
with:
=====
- advantage : short rendertime
- inconvenient : can be splotchy and loose area shadows details.
without:
========
- advantage : clean lighting and nice subtle soft shadows
- inconvenient : can be long to render...
with these new settings, i thing that very good mode is enough to get clean render.

Hmmm.. looks like a material problem.
look at this one : render super fast with the original interior preset, medium, in clay mode with a standard vray grey material applied (except on refracts):
not so bad, even in medium mode...
perhaps it's the ward shader ? i'll give an eye.
please note these points :
- you should place a vrayplane with standard vray mat applied to simulate infinite floor. it helps sun to bounce naturally.
- you should remove smoothing groups onto you geometry. it helps to make things cleaner at render time.
I think your scene is a little bit overexposed (see render with pure grey mat, wich turn quite white on render. For nice exposure, use 220-230 rgb for pure white color in your mats, then rerun the autoexposure tool. don't know if it helps, but sky will be correctly exposed this way.
