Anyone have any tips on how to reduce overexposed windows?

I have tried everything... colormapping, sun intensity, skylight intensity, ect...

When I get the outside looking ok.. then the room is too dark

i'm using vray cam + vray sun/sky

and tried exponential and rihnard color mapping

Hi Soljarag,

Place Vray_Light_PlaneĀ“s out for the Windows.

Settings to enable:

Cast Shadows
Ignore Light normals
Skylight portal
Affect diffuse
Affect specular
Affect reflections

Test it!

Thanks for the reply...

I added vray lights to all of the windows and decided I don't want and direct sunlight through the windows, so I moved the vray sun over to the other side of the building and got these results

I had to crank up the vraySky because it was so dark and its looking really blue

the second a bit of direct light entered.. it looks fine img268.imageshack.us/img268/1231/indoor32sr00178.jpg

So I just unchecked the skylight option on the vray lights and now its looking great
