Hey Guys !
I'm happy to announce that i've solved the gamma problem..
it's much more efficient right now, and after hours of test, it seems to works well, simply than before :
- the later button is renamed to "post" (for postprod gamma apply) and is now disabled if gamma button is off.
- the "gamma correct" button have been renamed to "gamma"
- if on, the spinner appears and let you specify your gamma value. SR will manage all the gamma stuff.
- if on, you can now duplicate your max VFB without double gamma (was a problem in 0.85, i'm happpy to have solved that !)
- if off, the spinner disappear, replaced by a "user" label, to specify that you're now in user mode. SR don't manage ANYTHING related to gamma when off (following your request). You make your gamma stuff just as you want.
- no need to restart SR when you check OFF gamma correction, your very last max (and vray) gamma values are restored.
- you can now tweak your custom gamma settings (max gamma values and Vray gamma value) while SR is open, no more conflicts.
- The minipreview now reflects always the correct gamma, whatever if you're in user or SR gamma mode
- when you quit SR, whatever the gamma button status, all your last max and vray gamma values are restored.
- When you quit SR with "apply SR to Vray on exit" Checked, SR makes adjustements to keep same resulting gamma in render with SR off (taking account of max/Vray vfb, "Post" on or off, etc...)
i need to make more testing tomorrow to be sure,
and, too, correct the Colormapping user values restoration bug.
When it will be done, i can make a private build for having a test drive (actually V0.92) for you Cypri and Dan if you can't wait anymore to solve gamma problems

Very good! I´m happy that you solved the problems with the Gamma so fast.
Yes we can´t wait to give the new build a new test drive...

I'll send you an intermediate private build, (Cypri, Dan, 3dlands and Simmsimaging) as soon as i've finished the new GUI system.
The new GUI takes less space on the screen, and is much more modular than before. But it's a bit long to make it works well. hope you'll like it.
